Pegasus is another httpd that runs on Plan9 4ed.

Pegasus supports:
- virtual host
- authentication based on both basic and challenge/response
- https
- smart CGI
- webdav

the webdav app is in http://p9.nyx.link/netlib/lua.
some other Pegasus applications are in 
- http://p9.nyx.link/netlib/cgtools		# formparse, hfmt, urldecode
- http://p9.nyx.link/netlib/remoty		# remoty


Pegasus is based on Plan9 ( 4ed ) official httpd but the outlook
is much different.

Pegasus has the following distinct features:
- httpd runs in per user or per real/virtual host namespace.
- this means namespace of users and hosts are hidden by each other.

Main tree of Pegasus-2.x package are:
	httpd: main body of Pegasus
	mon: daemon monitor that is useful when Pegasus is executed in daemon mode.
