.TL Pbmtomacp User Manual .SH 1 pbmtomacp .LP Updated: 31 August 1988 .br Table Of Contents .SH 2 NAME .LP pbmtomacp - convert a PBM image into a MacPaint file .SH 2 SYNOPSIS .LP \fBpbmtomacp\fR [\fB-l\fR \fIleft\fR] [\fB-r\fR \fIright\fR] [\fB-b\fR \fIbottom\fR] [\fB-t\fR \fItop\fR] [\fIpbmfile\fR] .SH 2 DESCRIPTION .LP .LP This program is part of Netpbm. .LP \fBpbmtomacp\fR reads a PBM image as input and produces a MacPaint file as output. .LP If you do not specify \fIpbmfile\fR, \fBpbmtomacp\fR uses Standard Input. .LP The generated file is only the data fork of a picture. You will need a program such as \fBmcvert\fR to generate a Macbinary or a BinHex file that contains the necessary information to identify the file as a PNTG file to MacOS. .SH 2 OPTIONS .LP .LP \fB-l\fR, \fB-r\fR, \fB-b\fR, and \fB-t\fR let you define a square into the pbm file, that must be converted. Default is the whole file. If the file is too large for a MacPaint-file, the bitmap is cut to fit from ( left, top ). .SH 2 SEE ALSO .LP ppmtopict, macptopbm, pbm, \fBmcvert\fR documentation .SH 2 AUTHOR .LP Copyright (C) 1988 by Douwe van der Schaaf (...!mcvax!uvapsy!vdschaaf). .br \l'5i' .SH 2 Table Of Contents .LP .IP \(bu NAME .IP \(bu SYNOPSIS .IP \(bu DESCRIPTION .IP \(bu OPTIONS .IP \(bu SEE ALSO .IP \(bu AUTHOR .LP
