ape/make reporting when in deep directories 
	"Directory .: Make: Cannot open.  Stop."
Turned out to be a buglet in the implementation of dirstat in ape,
obvious when compared to /sys/src/libc/9sys/dirstat.c

Unfortunately this will mean most of APEs commands will need
to be recompiled and pushed out.
