Upas/fs: try to authenticate by NTLM falling back to LOGIN if it fails when opening IMAP4 mailbox. This has an advantage of replacing proto=pass with proto=mschap key in the factotum.

This change is visible to MS Exchange users: proto=mschap key is queried when upas/fs detects NTLM-capable server.
